Yes. Lab sample collection at home is available 6–9 AM daily within a 10 km radius. A ₹100 convenience fee applies. Book by calling our diagnostics line: +91 40 1234 5679.

Reports are available on your Patient Portal (login with mobile OTP) within 24 hours of testing. Urgent reports (4-hour turnaround) are available for select panels. You'll receive an SMS when your report is ready.

We accept most major health insurance plans with cashless facility. Please call us before your appointment to confirm your insurer. We also assist with TPA documentation and reimbursement claims.

Yes. Rescheduling is free. Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before your appointment via the link in your confirmation SMS or by calling us. No-show fees may apply for pre-paid bookings.
